2. Website access and server logs

When you access our website, the web server processes connection data required for technical operation, in particular the IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser and operating-system information. We process this data to provide the website securely, analyse errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and to investigate specific security incidents.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use technically essential cookies under section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 where they are strictly necessary for a service you request. Google Analytics is loaded only after your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) TKG 2021. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time through Cookies in the footer. On withdrawal, accessible Analytics cookies are deleted and Analytics is no longer loaded on subsequent page views.

4. Google Analytics

Following your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service records page views, session data, approximate location and browser and device information, among other data, to evaluate website usage in aggregated reports. Our measurement ID is G-J4QC3HF5PN. Advertising, ad-personalisation and advertising-cookie features remain disabled.

User and event data is retained in the Analytics property for no more than 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained for longer. Recipients may include Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC and their processors. Processing in the United States is possible. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU Standard Contractual Clauses may also apply. For more information, see Google's data processing terms and privacy policy.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

Forms are protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is not loaded when you merely visit a page. A connection to Google is established only when you select “Load reCAPTCHA”. This may transfer your IP address, browser and device information, referrer, interaction data and essential cookies to Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) TKG 2021. You may instead use the email address or telephone number provided for the relevant form. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.

6. Contact form

When you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to your request. Data is generally erased six months after the communication has concluded unless statutory retention duties or an ongoing contractual relationship require longer retention.

7. Newsletter

For our newsletter, we process your email address and voluntary information on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link, the newsletter unsubscribe page or by emailing info@iozer.pro. Your address is then removed from the active mailing list; a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further messages.

8. Shop and IOZER connect

During registration, orders and the use of IOZER connect, we process account, contact, contract, device, payment and billing data required to perform the contract, manage accounts, process payment and delivery and comply with legal duties. The legal bases include Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Tax- and company-law records are retained for the applicable statutory period, generally seven years. Payment and shipping data is shared only with the relevant service providers where required to carry out the transaction.

9. Recipients and processors

Data is available only to internal teams and external service providers that require it for the purposes described above, particularly hosting, email, payment, shipping, IT-security and support providers. We conclude the required agreements with processors. Transfers to third countries take place only where an appropriate basis under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR is available.

10. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your rights, contact info@iozer.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy when legal requirements, services or processing activities change. If an existing consent is changed materially, we will request it again.
